Seven-point row check
bbbbuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find
Use this quick review while the row and destination page are still open. The aim is not a perfect score; it is a reasoned shortlist.
Quick answer
Give one point for each check you can answer with visible evidence. A row scoring six or seven may deserve a place on the shortlist. Four or five needs more research. Three or fewer is easy to remove for now.

Seven-point checklist
- The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
- Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
- Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
- Price makes sense beside similar finds.
- Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
- The row is not just hype or a vague label.
- I can explain why I would save this find.
Score your row
Count only checks supported by what you can see. Do not award a point because you expect the missing information to appear later.
QC photos by category
A bbbbuy quality check should be tied to the item. For shoes, look for side profiles, heel, outsole and insole measurement. For clothing, prioritize flat measurements, seams, closures and detail placement. Bags need dimensions, interior views, hardware and strap attachments. Watches and jewelry need scale, measurements, close-ups and clear fastening details.
QC photos can reveal details; they cannot prove durability, seller reliability or what will ultimately happen with an order. If the images do not answer the category question, finding more of the same angle does not improve the row.
Good row example
Structured bag row with usable context
The category is clear. Photos include front, side, interior and strap attachments. Dimensions and empty weight are shown. Price can be compared with similar bags, the source link matches, and the save reason is specific: the size and internal layout suit the intended use.
Weak row example
Vague outerwear row with one image
The category is only broadly correct and a price is visible. There are no garment measurements, material or lining notes, useful detail photos, packed-weight context or clear reason to choose it over another jacket.
One-sentence save rule
Save the row only when you can finish this sentence: “I am keeping this because the visible evidence shows ___, and the next thing I need to check is ___.”
What to do next
Choose the matching category if the row passed. Read the shipping guide if weight or bulk could change the decision. Use the safety notes when the destination page, source label or support claim is unclear.
